Hello!!

I am new to myfitnesspal and very excited about trying to lose weight. I have NO will power and will often just say oooh I can eat that it won't hurt...but it does!! I can't muster up the energy to begin exercising either which is something that I used to do on a daily basis. I've never been this overweight before and I just feeeeel heavy and weighed down. My energy is completely gone!! I will need a lot of focus and support.

    I think the hardest part about exercising is just getting started. Try to find ways to make it more enjoyable. Like make a new workout mix, or find someone to go with you. Plus, you can start out slow just to get use to being active again like by going for a walk.

    Exercising is something historically I have always struggle with. I frequently lose motivation. But one thing that has helped me lately is getting some new music to listen to. Check through other discussions on here for workout music suggestions. There are some good suggestions.
