Weekend (1/26-1/27) daily challenge

Don't hate me too much for this one. I challenge you to complete 100 burpees over the span of the weekend. You can break them up however you want. The goal is just to get in 100 beepers in before midnight on Sunday. If you want more of a challenge aim for 100 each day.

Usually, since I work weekends that is when I not go crazy with exercise (have a physically active job). However, I like the challenge and never thought to do them at home. Have done them at an aerobic class at my gym called "Intensity".
I will wear my polar exercise watch and tell you how much calories I burned and heart rate.0 -
