Lordosis

Just wondering if anyone had any experience of having lordosis and being able to have it treated, would be interested to know how you managed it :)

Anyone? :) (I know it's not been that long but I also know my post will vanish off into the deep dark depths of the forum!)

Just to give you an answer:

Note: I would never trust wikipedia for a medical problem. See your doctor.

  • Lordosis is a common problem with powerlifters. We generally fix it with heavy, weighted ab exercises.

I have a very lordotic spine. If I sit too much and don't keep my core strong I have run into lower back pain, as well as issues "down there" on my bike saddle, since my pelvis rotates back and puts more pressure forward of where it should be--on my privates, instead of on my sit bones.
