Just a quick question...being fairly new to this, does your recommended daily calorie allowance adjust automatically as you lose weight, or is it something you have to adjust yourself?

I believe you have to go in and reset it every 10lbs.
Also, the smaller you get the smaller your weight loss goal should be set at per week.0 -
how do you reset your weight loss goal please? and thank you for replying :-)0

It adjusts by itself. (Or it should, if it isn't).0

I adjusted my own to fit my needs, but it adjusts itself whenever you lose weight.0

At the top of your home page click on "goals."0

If you go to your profile and weigh in or check in and add your new weight then your cal allowance will remain the same. But your projection as to how much you may lose will be different after you have completed your diary.
If you go to profile and goals and change what you want to change, for instance going from 1lb to 0.5lbs a week then your calorie goal will change.
As you lose weight and put in exercises the amount you burn will change0 -
thanks everyone, I've adjusted my exercise goal, then going to see what happens if it changes automatically0
