hot sauce... or black coffee0

I don't log any condiments or tea. I really don't log my workouts either.0

I don't log spices (but do log fresh garlic, ginger, chiles) I don't log coffee but do log the milk in it. I don't log gum or my one can of diet pop a day.0

There's only one rule for me, if it has calories, LOG IT!
That leaves out black coffee, diet soda, etc., but nothing else.0 -
I don't always log ketchup... And I never log water or diet soda.0

Just ketchup. =]0

I don't log my meds or a splash of almond milk in my coffee. If I have to sweat 1 or 2 calories, I have bigger issues than I thought.0

I log every little thing: milk in cereal, honey in tea, agave nectar in decaf, because I don't want to miss any calories.0
-
The only things I don't log are my daily vitamin and glucosamine supplement.0
-
I don't log my gum, diet drinks. Or if I have tea with nothing in it, sometimes I won't log it.0
-
I don't log spices or 'taste tests'.. for the most part.0

i don't log liquor that i drink before noon....but only during periods of extreme denial!
Seriously, i log everything that has more than 10 calories.0 -
I don't log my vitamins/supplements. I also don't log my housework-type "exercise" but I have my calories set way above BMR, so I figure it's figured in. Only log my daily dog walks when not logging them puts me over, but I have a BodyMedia, and I never log any more calories burned here for the day than BMF says I burned.0

I don't tend to log my hot drinks(unless it is a cappuccino or something I have out) or my condiments.
Has not affected my weight loss/maintenance.0 -
I'm with a lot of others here in that I don't log vitamins, most spices including fresh garlic and ginger, black coffee, tea, mustard, hot sauce, lemon for my water, etc. A lot of these are <5 calories so I figure why bother. I do plenty of smaller exercises that I don't log either like walking to the grocery store and carrying my groceries back so I figure it all evens out.0

Water. Maybe the occasional spice or some zero calorie item that I can't find in the database.0

In the beginning I logged everything (except 0calorie items like vitamins or herbal tea, but sometimes I did log those)
Now I am about at maintenance and I don't always log everything. Sometimes I guesstimate the calories then add a brisk walk to counter it- and don't log either. Some times I just log "one serving' of veggies, but don't measure them and usually have two servings. Sometimes I do quick add calories for fruit so I don't freak out about the carbs.
I don't log seasonings or the bite of this or that or 2 pretzels sticks, or whatever.
I used a moderate exercise setting when determining my TDEE and don't log any of my exercise unless I surpass 4 intentional workouts a week
I still losing at almost half a pound a week. But am also OK if I stay my current weight.0 -
I log EVERYTHING! What is the point of not logging? Is it like 'if no one sees me eat it, it doesn't count" mentality?
My goal is not to eat 1980.00000000000000000000000000000000 calories a day.
I don't log things that are highly unlikely to accumulate into significant amounts. The extra stress of trying to match an exact target wouldn't serve me.0 -
I don't log my equals0
