6 week shed diet?

My coworkers is starting the 6 week shre diet next week. Has anyone heard of it or tried it? Does it work?

    A friend of mine was just actually talking about the diet today. She said her daughter has started it and has lost 20 lbs in 20 days. She also has added a workout routeen as well.
