This could be the start of something bad...

Do you ever feel really guilty for eating unhealthier foods? Even in moderation?
Today, I made a goal to workout so I could enjoy a dessert. Well, I went to the gym, burned around 350 calories, walked a lot in my downtown area, and now here I am eating the dessert I promised myself. I decided on a small piece of custard pie, a oatmeal raisin cookie, and a small glass of chocolate soymilk. I'm still under my calories for the day even with that added in and yet I feel like I need to go jump rope for 30 minutes. I know that this is unhealthy to feel this way. And, in all honestly, I've been told by my parents that I need to start gaining some of the weight back that I have lost over the span of about 8 or 9 months. I'm at a weight of 110 for my 5'3 build, which is still healthy, but kinda pushing it. I know that this could lead to something bad if I keep at it but I can't stop worrying over it. I know this sounds like an eating disorder......Does anyone have any helpful advice?

I was able to relax about what I ate once I started counting calories. Log your exercise and everything you eat, and then you'll see you've got plenty of space to enjoy dessert0

That's the thing. I did fit it in so it's still under my calories for the day, and yet I still feel guilty, like I didn't work out enough or I still ate too much.0

Is it everything a bit unhealthy, or just some things? Personally, I feel guilty unless it is something I made myself. Was dwelling a little dessert craving, so I made myself a mini cheesecake. And I'm going to enjoy every bite of it. But if I ate the same thing out at a restaurant it would probably bother me. I guess in a nutshell, explore the boundaries of what makes you uncomfortable.
The other thing I can suggest is maybe prioritize strength training. You wont make gains there unless you are eating plenty.0
