HA! Just kidding.

Ok, so per suggestion by Dan (IPOARM), I am going to show what eating at my TDEE-10% and lifting heavy stuff has done for me. Now granted, I started out with P90X, using some dumbbells and resistance bands as heavy as I could find, then graduated to doing the NROLFW program. I will finish P90X eventually (probably when I can graduate to a smart phone lol)

I am halfway through Stage One and am nowhere near done, but here's what I got so far. Enjoy!
