    You look amazing. Congrats on the amazing weight loss & my condolences on your little one. I was also blessed with a preemie who is doing well and am part of an on-line support group for parents of premature babies which includes many parents who have Angel babies... if you would like to join please let me know and I would be happy to add you.     I'm so sorry for your loss, heartbreaking. You are one strong mama.

    One thing that caught y eye in your story though is the amount of time it took you to lose 100. How many calories were you eating and how many daily were you burning off. That just doesn't sound healthy. I realise the bigger we are the larger our weightlss numbers are but you would have been averaging nearly 5 pounds a week the entire time. Doesnt seem possible that you were eating enough.

    Don't be so restrictive on your calories this time around, it's not a race and this is a lifelong journey.

    I have no doubts that you will reach your goals

    Sorry for your loss. I can not even imagine how difficult that's been. It's nice to see you used it as positive motivation for yourself and your other children though. Congrats on your hard work and determination.
