When I came across this recipe I was skeptical, but I made it this morning and it's actually really good.

These look good, I will try them out this week - think my husband will enjoy, my son will need the maple syrup to convince him :)

Also, thanks for the intro to the recipe site, there're some tasty looking dishes on there.

I use The Biggest Loser recipe which is this recipe plus a cup of low fat cottage cheese.

I hear you can add pumpkin or sweet potato to it as well.

We use blue agave on them.

Had them for brinner the other night (brinner=breakfast for dinner) they are delicious and my husband loves them.

    Nice one!
I have a protein pan cake every morning, sharing my recipe below ... never though of using oats, will give that a go :flowerforyou:

    1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
    60ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
    2 Egg Whites (60ml)
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Sunflower seeds
    1 tsp Golden Linseeds
    6 Sprays of FryLight 0cal

Blend the wet ingreadients with the cinnamon. Stir in the seeds. Spray a large pan with frylight and pour the mixture into the pan. Cook on a low heat on both sides.

When cooked top with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle of cinnamon or some Fat Free Greek Yougart.
    Yum!
