I hope you don't mind me posting
I started this journey around Christmas last year. I knew I was in for the long haul and stuck with it. 40lb down and I'm so very close to my goal weight...but that isn't it...
Treadmills have always fascinated me but I've never had the stamina. 3 months I go I started on cross trainers and gradually moved over to treadmills. Back then I could barely run 1k. I've stuck with it and you'll find me on the treadmill 5 days a week.
This evening I ran for a full hour without stopping for a total distance of 9k. This has SMASHED my previous record of 45 minutes and 6k.
Running for a full 60 minutes has been my BIGGEST goal since I started this last year and tonight I did it... Wow I'm seriously happy
Now to set a new goal

I think my next goal is to run 10k in under an hour. I am so hooked on the running high afterwards... it's scary lol :laugh:0
