I live Chalean Extreme.0

It gets boring and somewhat repetitive, but I liked Slim in 6 - had good results using it a while back0

Les Mill Combat is pretty decent so far. Les Mills Pump was a good. If you've finished Insanity you should definitely get the Asylum Vol 1 and 2. What are you looking to do? Lose weight, gain muscle, both?0

Rockin body is absolutely fun and you will sweat, although you won't feel like you're working out because you're dancing. I highly recommend buying this program, especially since the base kit is only $19.95. Besides, if you hate it you can always return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund!0 -
