Just joining this fine community!

I weight a mere 155 , hoping to diminish that to 135-140 by summertime./ I am more out of shape than wanting to lose weight , but I felt it would be easier to have a support group. I just hate my midsection and thats what I want to work out. I am not a motivated work out person , I love jogging but these cold temperatures are not fun . Any inside effective workouts where I dont have to jump up and down letting the whole house know I am working out would be great lol. Nice to meet yall . I am 22 , hoping to look better for this summer so I dont lock myself in again

  • Sounds good < I added you back :) if i can lose one pound a week I'd be happy . I am just so sick of looking at myself and not wanting to go the the beach lol. I am thinking this time around buddies or a program like this would help.
