how to log 30 day shred

i did level 2 of thirty day shred this morn, how do i log it on here? nothing comes up when i search for it

    Go to exercise, the my exercises and click on the tab to the right that says create an exercise. You will need a hrt to track your calories so you can log them.

    I put it as circuit training. You can also create your own exercise in the database.
