To Exercise before Breakfast or an hour or so after?

    My dietician and I talked about the same thing. I exercise an hour after eating breakfast. I try an eat a higher protien breakfast for fuel. Also exercising in the am setts the "pace" for the day. Boosts all the good things inside form the head to the toes.

    Off to Exercise now !!!!!!

    I usually train before breakfast, but thats mainly for convenience.
