I'm pretty new on here and would like to make some new friends to give me inspiration, motivation and support :] add me if you're a person who can do that and I'll give the support back as well!

    My goal is to lose 10-15 lbs. I am just going for it this time. (1-2 lbs a week)
    1) Calorie count the day before
    2) Tone
    3) Hit up the cardio
    4) No cheating/no slack days/no splures
  • HI!! I'm brand new here. I would love some new fitness friends.
  • Well I'm on week 3 of p90x right now and by the end of it I'd like to have lost 30 pounds. I'm trying not to look much farther than that as to stress myself out.
