Hi, I am going back to the gym this week after years of not stepping over the door, I am gonna try some classes but what should I do when I am on my own? I haven't been very active, apart from a few months here and there of going to the gym, since I left school around 10 yrs ago! I would love to get on a bike or treadmill and know how long to stay on for, what speed to do etc, etc, also I had a c section when my daughter was born so I know I will have to work hard to get rid of the area around there - what should I use? What's good for toning etc
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks :-)

Well i was planning to give a smartass answer like "working out?" when i read the title but i see you got some serious questions
Why don't you try some home workouts like, 30 day shred, insanity, hiphop abs something like that, you dont need to worry how long you need to do something and they are very very effective if you stick with it0 -
Thanks for rethinking the smart asks answer! Will look up some of the things you suggested, thanks :-)0
