Is there any moves that target the whole body at once?

Is there any exercises,  (preferably standing) that targets all or majority of the body ? I'm looking to exercise at work, bc sometimes I don't want to wake up early and exercise before work. ( lazy i know) I work at a subway and I'm the only one on the shift and when we have no customer I'd like to do something constructive with my time. I was thinking of maybe lifting weights or something. But I'd really like to hit all areas of my body at once. Any suggestions?

You could try googling "you are your own gym" and see how much of it you could do.

    Squats.
Squats to overhead press (with anything relatively heavy you have in work!)
Press ups against a wall or counter top
    Walking lunges around the place
    Star jumps

Umm... standing mountain climbers maybe with weights... but I think it'd be easier to do some planks and call it a day.

Yeah, but you could surely find 10 minutes to do it at home. I second the comment for Googling "you are your own gym."

My husband worked at Subway the entire time he was going to college. I think he spent the majority of his time cleaning and prepping when there weren't customers in the store. Sweep, mop, dust, etc. Either that or set your alarm and go to the gym. Seriously.. No one wants you sweating near their food.

Just to make the world aware, all chefs and food service employees sweat near your food. Sorry.

Burpees. And I'm pretty sure I'd lmao if I walked into Subway and saw the "artist" burpee-ing behind the counter...

Lol at some of your replys thank you too. Also there a big space in the back. And if I get to busy I'll sweat so Yeah. Also I know some ppl may disagree with the fact that I want to do something physical at work but when we are all prepped and cleaned there's nothing to do besides sit or stand which burns little to no calories. So as I'm determined to stick it out this round I want to keep my body and muscles moving. So far even on my "rest" day I've walked alot. So yeah I'm sorry it offended anyone that I want to do some exercises at work but if I fall off the wagon it usually take me a long time to get back on ):
