    Taco Soup! My recipe includes...

    -1 can corn
-1 can light red kidney beans
-1 can red beans or pinto beans (I've been using red beans)
    -2 cans of diced tomatoes
-1 small can green chilies (or buy two cans of tomatoes with green chilies in them instead)
    -1 onion, diced
    -1 packet taco seasoning
    -1 packet ranch dressing mix
-1 pound (give or take) of lean ground beef (ground turkey would probably work too, but I haven't tried it that way)

Brown your meat up, then drain. Add everything else and bring to a boil. Garnish with cheese, fritos corn chips, sour cream, and whatever else you may like for taco-style stuff (a friend used guacamole as well). Delicious, filling, and decent on the calorie count. It's one of my favorite soups :)
