(Firstly, sorry if I posted this in the wrong place LOL I am just getting used to this site).
I joined this site to track my weight loss. I want to lose around 30 pounds by the end of the summer (I am not sure if its exactly reasonable or nor, but I sure will try!). After having my son, I am not confident at all with my body and I am excited to be fit and feel and look healthy!
Does anyone have any tips?

30lbs by end of the summer, if you mean august/sept this is a very realistic goal and very achievable And is close to my own goal.
I dont really have any tips as such just stick to below 1500 kcal per day and you'll be fine but try not to drop below 1200, and drink lots of water0 -
Welcome just make sure you drink plenty of water and count every calorie and exercise.0
