I have my FitBit synced with MFP and it gives me calorie adjustment for exercise. Do I still need to enter my individual actual exercise type and duration into MFP??

Yes, you still need to enter actual exercise that you do. Keep track of the start time and duration. MPF will make any adjustments needed. Things like biking wont register on the fitbit so you dont want to lose out on the exercise.0

Also only enter the exercise on the MFP site.0
