Weekly goal 4000
Monday 1080 10 mile run
Tuesday 482 25 min walk and hour on stationary recumbent
Wednesday 610 1 mile walk, 5 mile run, 30 min easy on bike
Thursday 407 spin class hour
Friday 434 20 min morning swim hour on recumbent
Saturday 228 20 min strength circuit body weight exercises and kettle bells, 2 mile uphill walk on treadmill
Sunday 1242 - 12 mile trail run, 1 mile walk
Weekly total 4483
So glad I made my goal by a lot, but this included 2 long runs, rather than one so keeping my goal at 4000 will be a challenge!0 -
