HELP!!! How will i lose weight?

Ok so i ate 1274 in cals today but burned 1081. So tech i only ate 193 cals! But arent you suppose to eat more then you consume so how would i lose weight?1

    Seriously, eat back some or most of the calories you burned.

    You don't just burn calories when you workout. Your body needs energy just to keep you alive, and calories provide that energy. Your heart burns calories by beating. Your lungs burn calories by breathing. You burn calories even when you're sitting on the couch watching TV.

    Seriously, eat more. Your body needs fuel.

    Alrighty. So maybe i should eat 1600 cals then burn 400 a day then i can stick to my 1200 daily intake?
