St Pierre's vegeterian sushi, HOW healthy is it?

Hiya guys!
When I'm out in town, or busy at uni...
I always buy sushi because I heard it is the healthiest alternative.

However, the calories on my favorite sushi (salmon and double avocado) are too high! (500+)
so I tried the vegetarian sushi instead.

Turns out it's about 444 calories (which is still quite a lot!)
I have heard they are super healthy though..
I am not sure what to eat when I'm out and not at home.

Does anyone have any ideas on places to go to get healthy food when you cannot make it yourself?
Or is eating veggie sushi fine~? I think it's the avocado that gives it it's high calories. (But avocado is good for you right)??
>.< so stressing, LOL
CHEERS!
- oh and I live in NZ by the way ^^

I was shown this article from a magazine the other day:

    http://www.glamour.com/health-fitness/2012/12/shocking-food-autopsies-your-favorite-healthy-foods-exposed

I'll still eat sushi as a treat, but I'll make sure to cut down on the carbs for other meals in the day.

i usually get a maki roll or onigiri rather than full on sushi - try that maybe? a maki roll is 1/3 to 1/2 the size and heaps cheaper on price too!

also this surprises me because having made a lot of sushi if you break it down into component ingredients it doesn't seem like it would be that high. i wonder if powdered/liquid vinegar makes a difference? koshihikari sushi rice is meant to be super good for you and super low gi anyway so at least you'd stay full..>?

WOW! I had no idea how many calories in my faves! Salmon nigiri is nearly 700 cals! Didn't realize that st pierres had that on their website, thanks for opening my eyes!
