Hey everyone! This loss has taken me about a year with lots of ups and downs. I am currently at about 20kgs down, and am hoping to lose at least another 8kgs, and build muscle (my belly is still squishy). I started at 92kgs, now hovering between 72 and 74. I am 5"7.
