lost it!

i was going so well but all of last week i binged booze and food and did no exercise!
how do i get back into the swing?

    I agree with RunDoozer. Life happens, what is important is that you take that next step and get back on track. No matter how much weight we lose or how long we keep it off, life is just going to happen. What is most important here is that we learn that we will have off days or weeks for one reason or another but that we know all we have to do is start fresh again the next day.

    You can do this. You are worth the effort it takes
