Mmmm -1.5 this week

Well this week i've lost 1.5 lb. Bit annoyed because i have been under my calories every day with a weekly deficit of 2884. I thinking it might be down to *week and UTI.

    3500 calories = 1 pound. *week will do that for you. Next week you should see more.

    The person who said 3500 is right.

    What you want is a 500 calorie a day deficet and one pound per week. It's healthy, reasonable weight loss. Be happy with your pound and a half. You're not going to keep the weight off trying to drop Biggest Loser like numbers on the weekly.
