    hi, im new too x just started a diet again lol for third time. we could help each other out if you want. could do with some support. I havnt wrote much about myself on here but I am a mum of two beautiful children and I have put on 3 and a half stone after having them, I just difted without caring but now I care and its time to get back on my feet and and shed a few stone never mind pounds lol. I noticed your message and realised were the same age so thought we could help each other out a bit if you would like x robyn

    I'm also looking for some friends on here to help with motivation. I struggle to stick to something so hopefully when I start seeing results I'll be able to keep this going!

    I would also welcome any tips as I'm just learning!
