So, I started this journey June 1st, 2012!!! I am down 63 pounds now and I want to lose around 50 more! I feel so great now. I never let anyone take pictures of me before, so that is the only before picture I have!

Started at 250 pounds ^ Now I'm 187!!!

:D 1400-1500, and I do mainly cardio with some turbo fire strength training here and there. I love the elliptical, treadmill and HIIT workouts!!
