Does anyone know what to put the '30 day shred' in as in the exercise log of myfitnesspal? I am not sure how many calories it burns. Thanks!

I like it because it goes very quickly and it relatively easy to do. I did it first a few years ago and found it difficult, but I started again recently and this time enjoyed it to an extent. I had been mixing up a bunch of different exercises, mostly aerobic and some crunches, but this workout will burn the same if not more calories in half the time. It's nice to put on the TV and have someone tell you what to do!0

its getting easier for me
last night was hell working through the pain from the last two days but i done it and it goes really quick whereas on the first day it dragged. Plus now, you feel more in control cause you know whats coming and what to expect.0 -
My HRM stated i'd burned 254 calories this morning doing 30 Day Shred level 1 (The more intense workout of the 2).
