    2 miles per day is 56 miles.
    You can skip one day per week if you walk,run,jog 2.5 miles instead of 2 miles any 4 days of the 24 you exercise.
    So 20 days, 2 miles per day and 4 days 2.5 miles per day.

    I do 3 miles 3 times a week...that is only 36 miles a month...if I add 1 more 4mile day i could do this ...i will try :-)

    This was an awesome challenge for me in January. I never thought I would be able to run 50 miles in one month. I feel great about accomplishing this and am looking forward to doing it again in February. It is a shorter month, but I am increasing my miles per run. Working up to 10 miles a workout. Have a ways to go, but appreciate your help and motivation. Also I have a weight loss goal. I want desperately to hit 100# loss by February 27th, which is my 47th birthday! Help me reach this goal It's been such a long time coming.
