You know your hungry/greedy when instead of sitting down at the table ( wich is clearly in site ) to eat you stand in the kitchen leaning against the counter eating..lol

    I do that all the time, standing up and eating burns more calories than sitting and eating...

    open your favorite snack you just bought at the grocery store in the car on the way home... i do this too much :(

    Open a 100 calorie pack of oreo crisps and dip them in the jar of nutella (standing at the counter in the kitchen of course)...then proceed to open a second bag :)
