Almost anything in pill form will do very little good and maybe do some harm. Maybe a multi and more than likely vitamin "D" could be considered important. Eat a bunch of real food. Do some exercise.

Don't do a cleanse. Probably won't kill you, but don't you think that your body is a lot smarter than some cash grabbing chemical company. Once again, just eat food not made in a factory and your body will take care of itself.

you are doing so well you shouldnt go for this as it about 80 per month to take and i think once you take them you wont be able to do it without them.

I have had really really good luck with Raspberry Ketones but it depends on what the milligrams are that you take are and I have found if I buy them at stores like walmart etc they don't work for me at all but when I get the "PURE" form of them at the health food store then they work. And I have better luck with the Liquid Raspberry Ketones from the health food store than the pill form.
