No Bake Cookies -New take
About 12 - 1 tbsp
Ingredients
1 cup Rolled Quick Oats
½ cup Real Maple Syrup or 1/2 cup Light Agave Nectar- or ¼ cup ea.
½ cup Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
¼ cup Cocoa or Carob Powder
Preparation
Mix it All together. Scoop out and chill
Note:
¼ cup = 4 tbsp
Per serving
Calories 133
Carbs 18g
Sugar 11g
Protein 4g
Fiber 2g
Sodium 10g

I think I'm in love with you. LOL.
Growing up, I ate the bad version of these whenever my mother baked. I've really missed them, and wondered how I'd get through the Christmas season without having made a batch. I think I'll make these at Christmas! I am SO excited.

I just made these. So quick & easy. I used agave & almond butter. Took a bite from the bowl and it was delish. They're in the fridge now chilling.
