Can you change the carb/fat/protein % goals for each day?

Right now my profile shows a goal of 55/30/15 percent goals for carbs, fat, and protein respectively, but I'd like to change these daily goals if possible. My dietitian and fitness coach wants me on a 45/30/25 goal instead, and it'd really help if I could have the app help me track that instead of the goals that MFP automatically created. Is this even possible? Brand new user here, so take it easy on me. :) Thanks!
