Ripped in 30??

Has anyone tried ripped in 30? Did it work for you? Was it hard? I know Jillian can be a tough b****! I want to start doing it, but I am afraid I won't be able to finish the first level.... :ohwell: I have the DVD and want to try it, but I'm scared of failing... Please let me know that others were in this boat and were able to kick *kitten*! I'm starting it tomorrow, no matter what. I just want to know what I'm in for.

I just finished Ripped in 30 on Friday! I completed the entire program! I was scared I wasn't going to be able to stick to it, but I did! It's a really good program, especially for the workouts only being 20 minutes. I didn't follow her meal plan, I just ate a little healthier. I lost about 4 lbs doing it. But I had fun doing it. She's a great trainer, she really pushes you. I actually didn't dread having to do my workouts. She does have beginner modifications during her workouts, so don't be scared of failing! I am also looking to start this DVD but I can't find any information on the requirements. Do I need weights? Do I need a lot of space? Have you tried any of her others and is this one better/worse/same? Thanks!

I just started today, and all you need a couple of dumbbells. You need a bit of space, not much though. Its challenging, but I liked it. Each workout is only like 30 seconds long, so even if its hard, you know it wont last long. Try it!!0
