Heck, I say be good all week and then just treat yourself for a day. who wants to eat two stalks of celery to a wing Nothing wrong with being on point 6 days of the week and then having a nice treat day. I personally think it helps to kick start that metabolism! I say eat a good, healthy breakfast, get in a decent full body workout and then go to town on the foods you love.0

^will these help too??
Maybe?
I'm hardly a good example, but I eat those - they are not as bad nutritionally as you might think.
IMO, better than a bunch of chips and chili cheese dip.
I eat the giant "Really freaking hot Habanero" ones - they stop your appetite (high fat, low carb) and cut down on snacking. And they make sure you keep adequately hydrated.0 -

Someone asked about a low fat Artichoke dip - found this on HungryGirl:
'Peño Power!
Creamy dips and Super Bowl Sunday go together like fireworks and the Fourth of July -- bonus points if the dip is guilt-free. So having this delicious dip at your party is like getting a touchdown and then nailing the two-point conversion. SCORE!!!

1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 tbsp. reduced-fat Parmesan-style grated topping
1 tsp. chopped garlic
Two 14-oz. cans whole artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and chopped
1/3 cup jarred jalapeño slices, drained and finely chopped
Directions:
Place cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl, and stir until smooth. Add sour cream, mayo, mozzarella cheese, Parm-style topping, and chopped garlic. Mix thoroughly.
Stir in chopped artichoke hearts and chopped jalapeño slices. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir well. Microwave for another 2 minutes, or until hot. Yum!
