Wed: 31 minutes of jogging at 5mph = 391 calories
Thur: 85 minutes of jogging at 5mph = 1,072 calories

Second week in a row that I didn't quite meet my goal... I think I'm going to bump it down a little bit for next week. Life has just been way too busy lately!0 -
