SOO proud of myself!

I just found myself staring blankly into the endless depths of my fridge. Thinking to myself.
"UUUUGH I'm starving... what do I want? Hmmm that stuffing looks good. Oh no wait- there's left over steak! OOOOHHHH FROSTING!!!!! "
Then I opened up the freezer and saw the microwavable Chinese sticky white rice. GOTCHA!
Just as I was about to rip the box open and nuke it then dump that heavenly neon pink sweet and sour sauce all over it- it hit me.
I AM BORED. The man will be home shortly and then it will be time to start dinner. So I put the hot pink goo and white rice away and grabbed a small snack of 97% fat free ham and a few slices of Colby jack & Monterrey cheese.
So instead of shoving easily 600-700+ calories down my throat I make a smart choice and far more healthy one... but also realizing I need a hobby

Any of the above, well done, way to make good choices.0 -
Yay!! That is great progress, keep it up! A trick too is you might be thirsty as well. Usually when you are dehydrated you will feel rundown or you think you are hungry. If you drink a glass of water and wait about 10 minutes you will find out whether you were really hungry or just dehydrated. :happy:0
