Supine cardio?

Hi all,
I've just finished my 30DS, lost about 2 lbs, and 1.5" from the waist. I had restarted it yesterday doing all the advanced moves and using 5 lb weights as much as possible.
Last night, however, I broke my toe.
I do NOT want to lose the progress I've made. I feel great. I have no idea what cardio I can do that would not be on my feet, though. (No access to swimming). Obviously I can't do the planks or any similar that put weight on toes.
So, what can I do?

Boxing??? I know whenever my knee starts to bother me, I switch to boxing. Still gets your heart rate up while focusing on upper body. It's not AS good of a cardio workout but its better than nothing0

I would still have to be on my feet, though, and I'm supposed to stay off my feet. :-(0

Look up videos for chair aerobics! I found some on fitness blender that really got my blood moving.0

How about a rowing machine at the gym? You drive the Resistance through the bottom of your feet, but not (necessarily) through the toes....0

do you remember that guy from biggest loser doing shadow boxing sitting down? He of course if way more out of shape than you, and I'm sure it'd get boring, but it'd definitely get your heartrate up if you're going all out, putting your effort into it.0

I just looked up exercises for people with a broken foot, and found a decent looking one.

Paul Eugene Chair Aerobics was pretty funny, but I'm definitely gonna give it a try.0
