Groin Pains

Hi everyone. I've been training for a half marathon and late in my runs I have been getting groin pains so bad that I must stop. I can only assume that stretching could relieve this pain, and I have done that. However, it has not subsided. Has anyone ever experienced this or have any suggestions? Any help is appreciated!

When I was super in shape and started having groin pains it turned out I was pregnant.0

Pulled groins actually need about 3-4 days rest in my experience. Anything else and I just keep on hurting.0

I got a groin strain recently. I tried to run again before it was fully healed, and it started hurting like hell again. You have to let it rest and fully heal before stressing it out too much again. I found I could keep using the elliptical while waiting for it to get better though.0

I will let it heal. Thanks everyone!0
