1. Increased energy

2. Being able to just eat without counting calories

3. Being able to eat fats liberally

4. Being able to eat steak liberally

5. Eating only when hungry

6. Sleeping better at night

    Well it's just day one for me but...

    I LOVED having ALL of my sirloin and asparagus WITH organic butter... Yumm

    Also, the 3 PM fatigue wasn't there!

    Why can't you eat beef???? I eat grass fed steaks all the time. Ribeyes are my favorite

    I also like the Bacon one.............Yummo!!

    I feel the same about not having the afternoon sluggishness that most everyone else gets.

    Also, I like being able to eat Full Fat items (i might have already said this)..............I feel sorry for those that continue to try and do the flavorless low fat / low calorie diets............

    Isn't it lovely??!?!?! The same reasons I used to love Atkins. As I mentioned in the other thread, Atkins threw me for a loop everytime I added in legumes and grains as I was climbing the carb ladder. I guess that means I have an allergy or intolerance to those foods!!!

    I am enjoying some raw walnuts, almond butter and an apple right now.

    Everyone I've told about the PB thinks it's just crazy but thats CW for ya I guess. Once you read PB it all becomes so clear... why would we intentionally poison ourselves? Don't get me wrong my body is still craving sugar and sweet food but if it's causing so much discomfot i.e. migraines, ect... it's really not worth the short term satisfatction.

    My energy is through the roof.

    Breakfast: Apple, Pistachios, Almond Butter, Black Coffee

    Lunch: Taco Salad (Grass fed beef, sour cream, lettuce, tomato,onion, green pepper, salsa)

    Supper: Ribeye Steak (18 oz) and romaine lettuce salad with olive oil drizzled, vinegar, salt/pepper)
