Oops.

So, I went to have a *snack* and went a wee bit overboard. Needless to say, I have about 363 calories remaining for the day. I still have the urge to eat haha. What should I do?

    Or if you want to eat more than 363, either workout to make room for enough calories and/or just eat and write it off as a wee bit bad day. A few calories over for a day won't kill you

    Work it off as much as you can however steamed veggies, salad and a 1/2 can of flaked light tuna drained would probably fit your remaining calories and be pretty well balanced :)

    There are tons of options for under 365.... chick fil a sandwich... chargrilled, bun one side, lettuce other no mayo or cheese 205 calories w small fruit cup 80 cals. 2 tacos plain at taco bell 170 each 340. Applebees half size oriental fried chicken salad replace dressing w/ low cal italian bam 340 calories. (yea i have a lot of take out but have been successful lol)
    chicken nuggets from somewhere. Make a salad at saladworks online looking at calories and then go there. Egg white sandwhich (bread 80 cals each, egg whites 17 cals, cheese 50 cal per slice, maybe add some peppers). Maybe some grilled chicken and veggies with no extras. Chicken noodle soup (oodles of noodles is my fave cuz i'm like 5). Think of what you might be craving and go to a site and look at nutrition. when you get low on cals sometimes take out is best because it takes out estimating cals and going over. Also Lean cuisines have low cals, most of mine have 250 calories. You can do wonders w/ that amount. plus if you can go for a walk or jog then you can have more to eat :-)
