Breakfast Woes

I know everyone says to eat breakfast, most important part of the day etc. Is it really important for weightloss? I eat my calories I need throughout the day, but I can not eat breakfast. Love breakfast food, but when I wake up to start my day I can not even think about food for about four hours. Makes me sick to my stomach, its as if my stomach has not woken up yet lol. I have not eaten in the morning since before I can remember, everytime I try I feel the need to puke.

If it makes you sick then don't do it. There's no one rule that's right for everyone.0

eat when you are hungry... I do not believe it matters when you eat although you will probably here some arguments on that.. I usually don't have food until about 2 to 2.5 hours after waking up but do have my hot lemon water and coffee.0

Nope, not even slightly-IF you are not actually hungry then. The only reason I am now eating "breakfast" (which consists of coffee that I was going to drink regardless with with Greek yogurt and/or protein powder) is because I was having difficulty getting enough calories in the day.0

Ok good. I saw it again in the biggest loser, the trainer said obese people typically skip breakfast and that contributes0

I was the exact same way for decades. I started forcing myself to eat a small breakfast so I wouldn't be starving at lunch. After a while, my body got used to it and now I am moderately hungry in the morning. Give it time. Or don't, just avoid overeating later because your body is lacking nutrients.0

I wouldn't force it if it ain't for you.
Try going for a piece of fruit if you really wanna start to have breakfast and see how you get on with that.
I like you can't eat after waking. I usually eat about 4hrs after waking which is usually around 9-9.30am, solely because of my work and exercise routine. Works for me.0
