and need to try something different. I've been following SW for what seems like forever and have lost nothing at all give or take the lb taken off then put on again. I was thinking about giving Rosemary Conley a go but then that is just calorie counting. I suppose if I join this site I need a lot of will power . I don't go to the gym although I throw money at them but I do Roller Derby training upto 3 times a week which can be between 2 - 7 hours skating ( with breaks) There are a few things I need to know.................how easy is it to log English foods and to find them .I had a quick browse and couldn't find Sainsburys !
I'm just waffling but would like to say Hi and would be grateful for any tips

There are a lot of people from the UK on this site that might be able to help and you can add your own foods to the data base from the nutritional information on the package. Good site. You will like it.0

I mainly shop at asda, but have definitely seen sainsburrys products on here, plus there is nearly every brand product you can think of from tunnocks tea cakes to go ahead biscuits. Good luck - I think this is easier than weight watchers! X0
