                    Anyone want to join me on a little plank challenge?
Basically, do 15 minutes of planks this week. Break it up any way you want. And any variety.
5 days, 1 minute, 3 times. Or 30 seconds, 6 times. Or 3 minutes at a time.

            I thought yesterday's minutes were hard. But today I was uber sore in my entire core.
