My 7 Stone progress so far (with pic)

Hi everyone,

I've been loosing weight since 2007 with a bit of a gap during 2009. I'm delighted to be 7 stones lighter than I was back then. 2010 has been a great year and I've shed another 2 stones. I've still got a couple to go, but I thought I'd post my picture below after seeing some of the very impressive before and after pictures already posted.

    Thanks to everyone for the nice comments. It's nice to get a positive response when you have a success. My inspiration for putting the pictures up was seeing some of the brilliant before and after pictures of other people on the site.

    For those who have asked me, 7 stones in other units is approx 98lbs or 44Kg
