Bought NB HRM and it wont work :(

Yesterday I bought a New Balance HRM from target and its not working :(

I threw the box away but have the receipt so hopefully they will take it back- I've read some negative reviews but maybe Im just using it wrong somehow :/

anyone have one?

for 70 dollars I expect a working item!!!!!

    I don't have that brand - does it have a chest strap, did you get it wet? Are the batteries working - sometimes there's a little thing blocking the battery you have to pull out to get it to work? Do you have the chest strap tucked right up under the tatas? Do you have the watch on? Did you yell at it, throw it on the counter and hurt it's feelings for not working :laugh: ? That's all I can think of right now - hope you get it working!! I HATE when a new thing isn't working! :explode:

    I believe its a N4? it says NB N4 lol
