Hi my name is Stephanie, I am 29 year old mother of one. I have been on myfitnesspal before and it helped me get closer to my goals. Then life happened or so I think. I just got lazy looking back and let those things control me, and what I ate. I want to be a better role model for my daughter. I want to me more active and to start eating more healthy. And I know I need all the friends I can get to help motivate me, and I will help do the same. To kick my butt in gear and get this new life started.

    I'm right there with ya. I joined in June of 2011, and lost 23 pounds by November of that year. Pretty close to my goal of 40 pounds.Then "life happened" for me too, and I gained 8 back...ugh. Now I'm back on MFP, and back on track. Feel free to add me if you need a friend to keep you accountable and encouraged.:happy:
