ooh, count me in. I hate planks! which means i need to do them a LOT more!!! LOL0

I thought yesterday's minutes were hard. But today I was uber sore in my entire core.
3 more minutes down. 9 to go for the week. (I broke it into 30 second and 20 second chunks)
I know what you mean, my lower ribs are killing me this morning, think Im going to have to break it down today myself.
